Leather Jacketry follows a 30-day return policy on all orders.
Fortunately, we do not charge an additional restocking fee.

- We advise you to keep the original packaging if you wish to return your order. We only entertain returns if the item is returned with its original packaging.
- Customized products, manufactured to meet your specific requirements, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- As a customer, you can apply for a full refund after confirming your order and before delivery

- Currently, we only provide returns for orders made in the USA.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Restocking fees do not need to be paid by customers for their first time returning an order. However, if a return request is made the second time for the same order, the customer will be required to pay a restocking fee.
Upon the acceptance of your return request, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions to guide you on how and where to send your package. Any order sent back to us without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
To Exchange Your Order
If you want to exchange your order, submit a return request, and make another purchase for the new item after your return request is accepted.

- In case of receiving damaged items, make sure to attach clear images for convenience.
After receiving your returned order, we will notify you by email. We will also issue a refund according to the payment method used to place your order. It is important to note that a refund may take up to 10 business days to process and reflect in your account, depending on your chosen payment method and banking institute.
Don’t forget that banks and credit card companies may also take some time to process and post your refund.
